How to change your browser's audio settings

Chrome

1. Sign in to Nelli.
2. Click the icon right next to the left of the web address.
3. Click Site settings and find the Sound option from the list.
4. Change the value to Allow.
5. Return to Nelli and refresh the page.

Firefox

1. On the sign-in page of Nelli, click on the lock icon located on the left side of the address bar.
2. In the dropdown menu click Connection secure.
3. Click More information.
4. In the pop-up window open the Permissions tab.
5. In the Autoplay option uncheck the box to display more options.
6. Select the Allow Audio and Video option.
7. Refresh your Nelli browser tab.
