Medical Data Specialist for Epilepsy Seizure Detection (US)

Job Overview:

Neuro Event Labs is looking for an experienced professional with knowledge and experience in epilepsy and seizure identification. Nelli service collects recordings of epilepsy patients to analyse the data of the patient for their doctor to help them. The Medical Data Specialist will review and classify the automatically detected events for the doctor to get an insight of the patient’s situation.

This work is not bound into a physical location. You would be working from an office of Neuro Event Labs or if agreed from your own home desk. Thus the applicant must have the skills to work independently, with the support of a truly caring, but remotely located team.

  • A trained medical professional with a degree in medicine, nursing, or biomedicine
  • At least two years of work experience within neurology or EEG
  • Proven competence in seizure pattern recognition for all patient populations
  • Skills for providing a clinical impression of data review, and the ability to relay pertinent information to Neuro Event Lab’s partnering physicians
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team setting
  • Positive and proactive attitude towards work development and shifting priorities
  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
